Remodeling & construction services
One trusted crew for the whole project — from a single bathroom to a top-to-bottom home renovation.
Eight things we do properly, listed below with what each one actually involves. If what you need is not here, ask anyway — if it is not work we would do well, we would rather say so and point you at somebody who does it for a living.
What we take on
-
Kitchen Remodels
- Custom cabinetry, built and hung plumb and level
- Countertops in granite, quartz, or solid surface
- Tile backsplashes laid out so the cut tiles fall out of sight
-
Bathroom Remodels
- Tile showers over a sloped, waterproofed, water-tested pan
- Freestanding and drop-in tubs, set and trimmed
- Custom vanities and countertops, at a height that fits you
-
Additions & New Builds
- Room additions — bedrooms, primary suites, sunrooms, garages
- Second-story additions, with the existing structure assessed first
- Ground-up new construction from pad to final walkthrough
-
Outdoor Living
- Decks in treated lumber or composite, with hidden fasteners
- Covered porches and pavilions tied into the existing roof
- Concrete and paver patios, graded to drain away from the house
-
Flooring & Tile
- Hardwood, engineered wood, and luxury vinyl plank
- Porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone tile
- Subfloor leveling and slab preparation before laying
-
Custom Carpentry
- Coffered, beamed, and tray ceilings set out to the room
- Built-in shelving, benches, window seats, and cabinetry
- Sliding barn doors, hung to roll true and stay quiet
-
Roofing
- Leak investigation and targeted repairs
- Full tear-off and replacement, decking inspected with the roof off
- Architectural and three-tab asphalt shingles
-
Whole-Home Renovations
- Kitchens, bathrooms, and living space in one sequenced program
- Structural changes — walls removed, openings framed, floors leveled
- Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC brought up to the new layout
Itemized by stage, priced in person
Every quote we give is broken down by stage — groundwork, structure, rough-in, finishes — so you can see where the money goes instead of being handed one number at the end. If the total is more than you want to spend this year, that breakdown is what lets you defer a stage sensibly rather than cutting quality across the whole job.
Quotes are free, given in person, and carry no obligation. We look at the site first, because nobody prices a remodel accurately from photographs, and a number that changes once work starts was never a quote in the first place.
Once you accept, payment follows the work: 40% up front, then the balance in up to three payments across the job, depending on its size. You are never paying for a stage before it has been built.
Not sure which of these your job needs?
Describe it in your own words and we will tell you what it involves — including when the honest answer is that it is smaller and cheaper than you feared.
